Shipping policy

Unless we are offering free shipping on an order, shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.  These costs are calculated at the time of checkout. 

Note that returned items are shipped back to us at the buyer's expense (see Refund Policy).  That being said, if you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us directly by email (dizidazi@gmx.com).  Including a photo clearly showing the damage or defect will help.  We will attempt to address the issue equitably.

Please note that we would like to routinely offer free return shipping, but we find that leaves us vulnerable to attack by unscrupulous actors--particularly right-wing extremists who might object to our progressive and anti-Republican products.  For example, an easy way to destroy the viability of our business would be to buy a number of products from us, then return them for a refund.  Since we cannot resell returned items, we would already be in the red for the cost of producing the product.  Enough of those returns would hurt our viability significantly.  However, by requiring the customer to pay for shipping, we reduce the risk that such extremists will attack in this way, since each attack would also cost them the money for return shipping.  It's a sad situation, but it is the reality we live in.
